Mr. Biradar, learned Advocate submits that petitioner has challenged the order dated 1.7.2016, thereby cancelling the approval granted to the petitioner as a Headmaster. The learned counsel submits that subsequently on 4th October, 2016 the Education Officer has stayed the said order.

In view of the fact that subsequently the order impugned in the present petition is stayed by the Education Officer, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.
