The present civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 26 days caused in filing the Appeal From Order. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is labourer and illiterate, his parents are old and he has to take care of them. When applicant came to know about impugned order, he approached lawyer at Nanded and obtained certified copies, and then contacted lawyer at Aurangabad. The applicant has responsibility of minor daughter. Due to paucity of knowledge delay is occurred, which is not intentional.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 26 days stands condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of. 4.
