After arguing for some time, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, resiles to that a direction can be had to Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Region to decide representation dated 25th March, 2013 filed by the petitioner for interest over delayed payment.

In the circumstances, if the same is not dealt with and decided, it may be expedient that the authority does the same, if required, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 3.
