Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of the letter dated 29th March,2022 issued by the Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Ardhapur to the petitioner stating that the work in question is completed. The learned counsel also tenders a copy of the letter dated 31st March, 2022 addressed to him by the petitioner thereby requesting the learned counsel to withdraw P.I.L. No.34/2021 on the ground that the purpose of filing this PIL has been achieved and the grievance of the petitioner has been met with.

Copy of the letters dated 29th March, 2022 and 31st March, 2022 are taken on record.

P.I.L. No. 34/2021 is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited with this Court pursuant to the order dated 18th June, 2021. The office is directed to refund the said amount of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the communication of this Court.
