For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Applications No.1082 and 1074 of 2021 are allowed and disposed of.

(ii)In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No.327 of 2021 registered with Pachora Police Station, Dist.Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 417, 420, 463, 465, 468, 464, 466, 471 and 120-B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand) each, with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii)The applicants shall appear before the Investigating Officer, as and when called for.

(iv)The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(v) Criminal Applications No.2273 and 2272 of 2021 are disposed of.
