Parties are not present. The learned counsel for the parties on instruction submit that the parties agreed that the amount of Rs.30,000/- p.m. would be paid as maintenance by the petitioner to the respondent. 2.

In view of the above, clause (2) of the impugned order dated 29.3.2025 passed by the Family Court Latur below Exh. 13 in Petition No. A-98/2023 would stand modified to that effect only.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would deposit 50% of the arrears of amount within four weeks and make every endeavour to deposit remaining balance amount.
