The judgment and order passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Beed, dated 23rd August 2010, in Sessions Case No. 75/2009, upheld by the appellate court i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Beed, dated 22nd February 2012, in Criminal Appeal No. 51/2010, is hereby quashed and set aside. The revision applicant be released forthwith, if not required in any
