Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proposal is already submitted by the management to the Education Officer in the year 2010, seeking approval to the promotion of the petitioner as a junior clerk. However, no decision has been taken over it.

Learned counsel submits that even recently two posts are sanctioned, one of Superintendent and another is of senior clerk. 3.

We have heard the learned counsel for the management and learned A.G.P. for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. In the light of above, we pass the following order:-

The respondent Education Officer shall decide the proposal, marked "X" for identification, a copy of which is given to the learned A.G.P. if the same is pending with it, expeditiously on its own merits, preferably within six months from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
