The appeal of the petitioner is rejected on following grounds. (i) Appeal not received within 15 days.

(ii) Medical fitness certificate with regard tattoo not enclosed with appeal.

(iii) Signature of candidate on medical fitness certificate of ENT not available.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would comply with all the deficiencies and re-submit the appeal. The appeal was sent by post, as such, was not filed within a period of

We have heard Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The appeal is rejected on technical grounds. The petitioner shall re-submit the appeal within a period of seven (07) days from today upon compliance of all the deficiencies.

If the appeal is submitted after compliance of all deficiencies within a period of seven (07) days from today, then the appellate authority shall deal with said appeal on its own merits. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
