It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee constituted in view of circular issued by the Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, for redressal of his grievance. If petitioner approaches the Committee within a period of 15 days from today, the Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of one month from the date of approach to the said Committee. 2.
