DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 11/9/2013. The vigilance is already conducted. The petitioner has to file say to the vigilance report and appear for hearing. The petitioner has already appeared for final year B.E. (Mech) examination.

2] We have heard Mr.Shirurkar, learned counsel for petitioner, learned AGP and counsel for University.

3] Considering the fact that the vigilance is also conducted, we direct that the petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 10/10/2017 and file his say to the vigilance report and attend the matter for hearing on the given dates. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably by end of December 2017.

-24] Depending upon the judgment given by the committee in the validation proceeding, the respondents 3 and 4 shall take decision with regard to the Degree Certificate of the petitioner and the mark sheets.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
