During the course of hearing it is revealed that in this petition the order passed below Exhibit U02 in complaint ULP No. 19/2017 is assailed. However, during the pendency of the petition, the original complaint is disposed of.

Learned senior counsel for Petitioner does not dispute that the order passed below Exhibit U-2 is merged into final order which is under challenge before this Court in Writ Petition No. 12517/2024.

In view of above, writ petition becomes infructuous and stands disposed of.
