1. It would be open for the petitioner to tender proper representation to the Taluka Level Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner under circular dated 13-02-2015. If such representation is tendered by the petitioner within four weeks from today, the Taluka Level Committee to take appropriate decision on it and issue proper and suitable instructions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
