Learned counsel Mr Gaikwad for petitioner refers to contents of application and realizes that as per order dated 18th July, 2018 office objections could not be removed. He submits that office objections would be removed immediately. 2.

Having regard to the submission and contents in application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Time to remove office objections stands extended to 28th September, 2018.

In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order dated 18th July, 2018 shall stand revived. 4.

Interim relief, if any, to continue.
