The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners is pending with the respondent No. 3. (Page Nos. 32, 33 and 39). The same are not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending with the respondent No. 3 and the respondent No. 3 is competent to decide the same, then the said proposals shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
