The writ petition was dismissed on 02nd February, 2015 as none appeared for the petitioner and the Court presumed that the grievance of the petitioner must have been mitigated. 2.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the non-applicant. The dispute pertains to the salary of eight months with interest and further direction was sought to decide the appeal of the petitioner.

The grievance with regard to the salary may be a subject matter of consideration. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Writ petition is restored to its original position. Place the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 17th December, 2018.
