The Petitioner is an 80 years old Agriculturist. He has put-forth prayer clause-B as under:

"B] By way of issuing any appropriate writ, order, or direction in like nature Regular Darkhast no. 01/2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Majalgaon may kindly be directed to decide within a stipulated period of time." 2.

He further submits that the proceedings are more than 6 years old. He would request the learned Executing Court to decide his case out of turn. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as the Petitioner would be requesting the learned Executing Court to decide the RD No.1/2017, expeditiously. We would request the Court to refuse adjournments if they are sought on unreasonable or trivial grounds and considering the advanced age of the Petitioner (80 years), subject to the rules applicable, preference may be granted to this proceeding for an early disposal.
