This is an application filed by the applicant seeking permission to unconditionally withdraw the instant criminal appeal challenging acquittal of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The State has not filed any appeal challenging the acquittal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that now the applicant does not want to prosecute the appeal and wants to withdraw the appeal unconditionally.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has no objection. 4.

In view of the reasons stated, criminal application is allowed. Criminal appeal is permitted to be withdrawn unconditionally and thereby stands disposed of.
