It is stated that on 08.08.2017 the order will be passed by the Scrutiny Committee.

A vacancy has occurred in the Scrutiny Committee, in the sense, out of three members, the Joint Commissioner of Tribal Development has since been transferred. There is in-charge Joint Commissioner.

Whatever may be the difficulties, but on 08.08.2017 the Scrutiny Committee should pass an order and duly communicate it to the Petitioner. No further orders and directions are necessary. In the event the Scrutiny Committee does not abide by this order and direction, we will not hesitate to initiate the contempt proceedings and also impose personal costs on the members of the Scrutiny Committee. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
