Though learned senior counsel Mr. Deshmukh purports to oppose, veracity of contents in the applications could not be said to have been overcome by any plausible reason or production of material.

In the circumstances, having regard to decisions of supreme court in the cases of Collector, Land Acquisition, Anantnag V/s. Mst. Katiji and others reported in AIR 1987 SC 1353,1987 and Esha Bhattacharjee V/s. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy and others reported in (2013) 12 Supreme Court Cases 649, we deem it expedient to allow the civil applications.
