Learned advocate for the applicants submits that since respondent No. 7 has expired, nothing survives as against him. Therefore, the proceeding shall stand abate as against respondent No. 7.

So far as respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, Mr. P.S. Dighe holding for Mr. V.R. Dhorde, learned advocate waives notice for respondents No. 2, 3 and 4. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicants as well learned advocate for respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 submits that they both are seeking review of the same order. Since in the application Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 6-ca-530-2021 filed by learned advocate for respondent No. 2, 3, and 4 delay has been already condoned, he does not have any objection if the present application is allowed.
