Learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent insurer has preferred the first appeal to the extent of quantum and so far as the undisputed amount of compensation is concerned, the same is deposited by the respondent insurer in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent insurer admits this position, however, prays that the matter may be placed before the Lok Adalat, by consent, scheduled to be held on 11.2.2017.

In view of the above submissions, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. The matter may be kept in Lok Adalat by consent. Civil application for withdrawal of

So far as civil application for condonation of delay is concerned, heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent-claimants. For the reasons stated in the civil application, delay caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application for condonation of delay is disposed of. 5.

In first appeal, heard. Notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.02.2017.

Mr. Mayure, learned counsel waives notice for respondents original claimants. Call for record and proceedings. 7.

Place the matter before the Lok Adalat to be held on 11.2.2017.
