By the present application, the applicant is seeking cancellation of regular bail granted in favour of respondent No. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nilanga on 07/08/2014, by which the learned Judge has released respondent No. 2 on bail with direction that she shall attend police station Aurad Shahajani, Tq. Nilanga on every Saturday and Wednesday in between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till completion of investigation.

Today when the matter is called, it is informed that the Investigating Officer has completed the entire investigation and the charge sheet is already filed. 3.

In that view of the matter, present Criminal Application has rendered infructuous and hence it is dismissed.
