The Petitioner joined as a Shikshan Sevak on 06.07.2020 and completed three years on 05.07.2023. The proposal was sent by the Headmistress on 11.12.2020 seeking approval as Shikshan Sevak. In fact, the Petitioner is now eligible for further benefits having completed three years as Shikshan Sevak, is the submission of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction that Respondent No.2 would decide the proposal within 60 days from today.
