In all these petitions the petitioners are seeking directions to respondent No. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Umri, Tq. Umri, District Nanded, to issue caste certificates to the petitioners of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Schedule Tribe. As per their own contention that the said application has been made to respondent No. 2 on 13.05.2025.

Alongwith application the petitioners have annexed documents depicting that they are entitled for caste certificates of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Schedule Tribe.

We, therefore, direct respondent No. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Umri, Tq. Umri, District Nanded to issue caste certificate to the petitioners within a period of one month from today. 4.

We make it clear that said issuance of caste certificates will be subject to verification by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. 5.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
