For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Order of the Registrar (Judicial) stands set aside. Delay of 746 days is condoned, subject to depositing costs of Rs. 1000/-, within two weeks from today, with the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad. On payment of costs, notice to respondent No.5 be issued in the second appeal returnable on 12.6.2013.
