The application is moved by the appellant seeking stay to the impugned judgment or in alternate restraining the claimant from withdrawing the amount deposited before the Commissioner for Workmen's Commissioner, Latur.

Learned Counsel for the claimant submits that the claimant shall not withdraw the amount for a period of four weeks from today, deposited before the Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation, Latur. 4.
