Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ petition filed by the Non-applicant No.1 is dismissed under the order of this Court dated 28.03.2018. The Non-applicant No.1 had deposited the said amount before this Court. The applicant is entitled to withdraw the same.

Mr. Gawali, learned counsel for the nonapplicant fairly concedes to the said proposition. 4.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,73,497/- with accrued interest, if any.
