The present Appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Having regard to the reasons stated in this application, the delay stands condoned. The Civil Application for delay stands disposed off. 3.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The Appeal is compromised between the parties in Terms of Compromise, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. The First Appeal is disposed of in Terms of Compromise.

As per the Terms of the Compromise, amount is deposited in the High Court, out of which amount of Rs.58,000/- be refunded to the Insurance Company/Appellant and rest of the amount with interest be paid to the Claimant/Respondents.
