Heard learned counsel Shri. Jethliya for the applicant for some time. When this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant, learned counsel Shri. Jethliya, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He further states that trial has already commenced and evidence of some of the witnesses has been recorded.

In view of this learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ. If for any reason, trial does not get concluded within that period, applicant is at liberty to move ba1137.21.odt

application for bail before the learned trial Court. In that eventuality the learned trial Court will consider the application on its own merits.
