Learned Counsel for Respondent No.4, on instructions, makes a statement that in case the petitioner files an affidavit stating therein that he is ready to withdraw the allegations made against respondent No.4 and also undertakes to abide by the regulations of the school, then the respondent No.4 is ready to admit Rutuja d/o Kiran Salve to 3rd standard in the school.

In response to this statement, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the course of the day, the petitioner will file such an affidavit.

8517.15wp Subject to filing an affidavit by the petitioner, the respondent No.4 to admit the student Rutuja d/o Kiran Salve to 3rd standard in the school on 15.9.2015. We make it clear that the learned Counsel for the respondent No.4 accepted the suggestion of the Court to give admission to the Rutuja d/o Kiran Salve keeping in view the interest of the student and in the peculiar facts of this case, this order has been passed.

In the light of above, petition stands disposed of.
