The application is filed for condonation of delay of 119 days caused in filing application for grant of leave under section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Heard the both sides. In view of the contents of the application, the submissions made and the fact that the applicant, original complainant is co-operative credit society. This Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
