This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.1 Abdulla Abdul Majid Patel, who admittedly died on 16.09.2020 by condoning the delay of 1257 days and for setting side order dated 15.02.2021.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue it stands condoned in terms of prayer clauses (B)

(2) 32- CRA-26-15.odt (C) and (D) subject to cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocate Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Amendment be carried out after deposit cost and within stipulated period. Application is disposed.
