Mr.Pathan, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that Respondent No.4 is already transferred to Amravati and he has taken charge of Amravati. The accounts of Respondent No.3 is being operated through one Sk.Jabbar.

2 W.P.No.8858/16 Learned advocate submits that Respondent No.2 has filed additional affidavit to the effect that on the basis of the complaint, enquiry was conducted. In the matters of Parbhani District, the Respondent No.4 was not found guilty.

In view of the said affidavit filed, the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the petition does not subsist.
