Issue notice to respondents. Mr. Venjane, learned counsel appears and submits that he has no objection to allow the application and to bring L.Rs. of deceased respondent on record.

Upon considering the submissions advanced and the cause survives to prosecute the Appeal for the L.Rs. of respondent, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Necessary amendment/substitution be carried out within two weeks from today.
