DATE : 08 JANUARY 2024 PER COURT :
Heard learned Advocates for the respondents.
2.
Ms. Kulkarni holding for learned Advocate Mr. Tungar, on behalf of the petitioners seeks adjournment.
3.
By the order dated 08 June 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 4149 of 2017, the respondents were directed to determine the amount of compensation payable to the petitioners under the Right to Fair and Compensation Act, to be paid within three months. The affidavit-in-reply demonstrates that pursuant to the orders of this Court the amount of compensation has been determined and even deposited with the Reference Court for being disbursed to the rightful claimants including the petitioners.
3.
Irrespective of the facts as to if the petitioners has any grievance remaining still, regarding the quantum of the compensation, the fact remains that by passing of the award and determination of compensation and the amount having been already transmitted to the Reference Court, nothing survives.
4.
The Petition is disposed of.
