In view of availability of alternate remedy for redressal of grievance of petitioner, instant petition need not be entertained. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the school tribunal under section 9 of the MEPS Act for redressal of his grievance. The school tribunal while dealing with the appeal and application seeking condonation of delay in approaching the tribunal, that may be presented by petitioner, shall consider the aspect of pendency of this petition before this court and shall make an endeavour to decide the appeal on its own merits. With liberty as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
