1] The applicants-claimants have moved this application seeking withdrawal of the amount.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants-claimants and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

3] Pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2020 passed by this Court, the Section Officer [PLA Section] has submitted report to

8411.20CA.odt the effect that amount of Rs.1,43,341/- is available for disbursement as on 15.12.2020.

4] In view of disposal of Appeal before the Lok Adalat held on 12.12.2015, the applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount available for disbursement and the same be paid to the applicants-claimants. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

5] Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
