It appears that there is no dispute with regard to the payment of amount of gratuity and leave encashment.

According to the respondents, the respondents has deposited an amount of Rs.3,27,000/- and odd before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed.

According to the petitioner, the amount of maintenance is less.

The petitioner can point out these facts to the Court where the amount is deposited. The petitioner can also proceed with the balance amount

(2) 126-wp-8012-2019 as against the respondents as may be due and payable.

If some amount is payable by the respondents and not disputed or not under attachment, then respondents can pay the same amount to the petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, present civil applicant is disposed of.
