Heard Mr Deshpande, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr Sonpawale, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 & 2. 2.
The applicants are eleven in number. Learned Counsel for the applicants, who is also the learned Counsel for the original petitioners submits that applicants and original petitioners are identically placed. They are project affected persons and in such category they were selected for appointment as Multipurpose Health Worker/Laboratory Technician. However, despite such selection they had not been appointed.

Be it stated that the two original petitioners have filed the related writ petition being Writ Petition No.4150 of 2014 seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint them as Multipurpose Health Worker pursuant to their selection.

After hearing learned Counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we allow the eleven applicants to be added as petitioner nos.3 to 13 in related writ petition No.4150 of 2014. Necessary correction in the cause title may be made within seven days. 5.
Civil Application is disposed of.
