The petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate as "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe) with wrong spelling. The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to respondent no.3. On receipt of the original certificate, the respondent no.3 shall issue the tribe certificate with correct spelling of "Mannervarlu" to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the original certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
