Mr.Jayabhar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that land of the petitioner was acquired in the year 1973. No compensation was paid.

We have heard learned A.G.P.for the respondents. 3.

The petitioner claims that his land has been acquired in the year 1973 and the petition is filed in the year 2017, after 45 years. Case of the petitioner is governed by the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of State of Maharashtra Vs. Digamber, reported in AIR 1995 SC 1991.

In the light of above, the grievance of the petitioner now cannot be considered. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
