The applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount in deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

The amount payable to minor applicants be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank, until they attain majority. The amount be paid in equal proportion. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
