The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, Mohan Bansi Jadhav, who admittedly died on 8.8.2020, by condoning the delay of 1368 days. The proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1 despite service remained absent. Considering this, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject cost of Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, at Aurangabad.
