DATE : JANUARY 13, 2023 PER COURT :- The applicants filed this application to quash N.C.R. bearing No.19 of 2020 and N.C.R. Bearing No.200 of 2020. Learned counsel for the applicants states that despite registration of the N.C.Rs., the police has not submitted closure report.

The complaints lodged by the respondent no.2 were in respect of the non-cognizable offences, in view of which N.C.Rs. have been registered. The police is not required to file any further report in

14-sr.908 such case. Even otherwise, it is stated that the applicant no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their matrimonial dispute and they are residing together. In view of this, no further orders are required. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
