Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been filed by the petitioner bearing R.C.S. No. 27/2018. Along with the suit the petitioner has filed application Exhibit 5 in January - 2018. The respondents have appeared. They filed their written statement, however, the temporary injunction application is not yet decided.

Naturally, when the temporary injunction application is filed, the Court is bound to decide the same expeditiously. 3.

We hope and trust, the court where the temporary injunction application filed by the petitioner is pending, shall decide the application Exhibit 5 for grant of temporary injunction on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today. Writ petitions is disposed of. No costs.
