Heard Shri L.C. Patil, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri A.V. Deshmukh, learned AGP for respondent-State. 2.

Learned counsel Shri Patil submits that 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body be allowed to be withdrawn as First Appeal Nos. 3881/2016 and 3882/2016 arising out of the same project have been dismissed by this Court. Learned AGP submits that he will have to go through to the judgment as copy of the judgment is not supplied to him.

In view of this, 70% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body be paid to the applicants out of which, 50% be paid on furnishing undertaking on usual terms and 20% be paid on furnishing solvent security.

Civil application stands disposed of.
