The petitioner assails the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The petitioner claims that while he was working as Medical Officer, salary for the months of March to June 2013 was not paid and if the case of the respondents is to be accepted that salary for these months is paid, then for the whole year only nine months salary is paid. The bank statements produced on record are sought to be relied by the learned counsel.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 states that, the entire salary has been paid. Even the salary bills from March to June 2013 have been
2 wp 10576.17 produced on record and the said fact is also considered by the Tribunal.

The Tribunal has considered the contentions raised by both the parties and has passed the impugned order. 4.
In case, petitioner feels that salary of three months is paid less to him, then the petitioner may produce all his bank statements (salary) for the years 2012 and 2013 with the respondents. The respondents may reconcile the same with its own accounts/salary bills and thereafter take decision within a period of three (03) months from the date the petitioner submits his statements to the respondents. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
