The appellant is challenging the order passed by the reference court where there is enhancement of Rs.2,50,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- approximately per Hector. The enhancement is not beyond four times.

The application is filed by the claimant for withdrawal of the amount. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it

2 946 appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this court along with accrued interest thereon till date, subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.

The ad interim stay granted by this court stands confirmed. The civil application for stay stands disposed of.
