Learned advocates for the respondents contend that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner. After hearing learned advocates for the parties for quite some time, it appears that the petitioner may have alternate remedy available under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the alternate remedy available.

Interim relief to continue to operate until further orders by the revisional authority.

Needless to refer to that the time consumed during pendency of this writ petition and a further period of fifteen days would be computed if it comes to condonation of delay in filing proceedings.
